Paying your rent
Two ways to pay. Setting up automatic payments takes a few minutes once, and then rent takes care of itself each month.
Automatic monthly payment
Authorize once and your rent is collected from your bank account on the same day every month. No transfers to remember, no late payments, and no reminder emails from us.
- Open the secure setup page. It's hosted by GoCardless, our payment provider — your bank details go to them, never to us.
- Enter your bank account details and confirm the monthly amount and start date.
- That's it. You'll get an email confirmation, and a notice before each payment is taken.
You can cancel or change the amount at any time by contacting us. Payments are covered by the ACH network's standard protections.
Paying manually each month
Prefer to send payment yourself? That's completely fine — we'll email you a reminder before rent is due, including any additional charges for the month.
- Bank transfer or Zelle — email us and we'll send you the account details.
- Check — mail or drop off; get in touch for the address.
Please include your name and the month the payment covers so we can match it up correctly.
Questions about a payment?
If something looks wrong on a reminder, a payment didn't go through, or you need to change your due date, just ask — we'd always rather sort it out early.
